Sold price is not showing on website

When a sold price has been added to a property listing in your CRM, the update syncs to your website via an API.

• For REX listings please allow 1 hour for your new listing to appear on the website.
• For VaultRE listings please allow 1 hour for your new listing to appear on the website.
• For Agent Box listings please allow up to 2 hours for your new listing to appear on the website.

For offices using VaultRE as a CRM, please ensure you have not disabled the “show sold price” field.
