SOI document incorrect on website

When you update the details in a document such as Statement of Information and upload it in your CRM, the updated document syncs to your website via an API.

• For REX listings please allow 1 hour for the updated document to appear on the website.
• For VaultRE listings please allow 1 hour for the updated document to appear on the website.
• For Agent Box listings please allow up to 2 hours for the updated document to appear on the website.

Please ensure you have uploaded and saved the document correctly and that the document is set to public not private in your CRM.
