Agent title appearing incorrectly on website

When you edit an Agent’s (user’s) title in your CRM, the update syncs to your website via an API.

  • For offices using REX as your CRM please allow 2 hours for your changes to appear on the website. 
  • For offices using Vault as your CRM please allow 1 hour for your changes to appear on the website. 
  • For offices using Agent Box as your CRM please allow 2 hours for your changes to appear on the website.
