Agent not appearing on website

When you add a new Agent or user in your CRM, the new agent syncs to your website via an API.

  • For offices using REX as your CRM please allow 2 hours for your new agent to appear on the website. 
  • For offices using Vault as your CRM please allow 1 hour for your new agent to appear on the website. 
  • For offices using Agent Box as your CRM please allow 2 hours for your new agent to appear on the website. 

Please ensure you have had a title, mobile number, email and bio for your new agent as this data will sync through to the website.
