Agency phone number, email address or location displaying incorrectly

The agency phone number, email address and location sync directly from your property CRM. As such, any changes need to be made directly to the record in your property CRM and thereafter we need to allow time for these changes to sync through to the website.

Please refer to the appropriate syncing times further below.

For agencies using REX as your CRM please allow 1 day for your changes to appear on the website.

For offices using Vault as your CRM please allow 1 hour for your changes to appear on the website.

For offices using Agent Box as your CRM please allow 2 hours for your changes to appear on the website.
