Instagram Feed not working or outdated

If your Instagram feed is not displaying on your website, or is displaying out of date content, the first step is to check your Instagram account is still connected to your website.

If you have changed your Instagram account password recently, you will need to reauthenticate your account. To do this, please follow the steps below:

1. Login to the backend of your website
2. Go to the Instagram Feed -> Settings in the left hand menu
3. Check if the Instagram account you are trying to connect is already displayed. If so, please select to “Remove from Primary Feed”.
4. Click the “Connect an Instagram Account” button to re-connect your account and follow the prompts.
5. Remember to save your changes.
