Navigate to the testimonials section in the back end of WordPress.
From there, you then want to hover over the testimonial that you want to edit. If you click “quick edit”, you can edit small things like the title or the slug. But if you want to actually edit the text of the testimonial or the name or anything like that, click ‘edit’.
To the left, you will see the featured image and the option to add a ranking. If you can’t see this, make sure you toggle on the ‘Settings’ pane.
In the text editor, you can edit the featured phrase/title of the testimonial, and the testimonial text itself.
As you scroll down, you can then edit their name and edit that or their location. You can add in a video if you want, and then just click save.
