How to Reset a Password

  1. Login to WP-Admin
  2. On the menu on the left hand side, select ‘Users’, and then ‘All Users’. 
  3. Hover over the relevant user and select ‘Send Password Reset’. This will send a password reset link to the user’s email address.
  4. Alternatively, you can select ‘edit’, scroll down to the password section and generate a password via WP-Admin (WP-Admin will generate a strong one for you) or manually enter one in. Make sure you copy and save this somewhere safe
