1. Login to WP-Admin
  2. To view form entries, from the menu on the left hand side, select ‘Entries’ under ‘Forms’. You’ll notice at the top of the entries page, there is a toggle to switch between different forms. So if you do have multiple forms on your website, you can just toggle here between those forms. 
  3. You can preview the form entries on this page, or you can hover over each entry and select ‘view.’
  4. From the entries page, you can adjust the fields that you would like to display. So if you wanted to see the actual entry date (i.e. when the forms were submitted), you can add this to the displayed fields by selecting the settings icon (cog) on the right hand side, and then drag and drop the fields you’d like to be displayed (or not displayed) between the ‘active’ and ‘inactive’ columns.
