Employees not displaying in correct order
If employees are not displayed in the correct order on the website, it most likely means the employee records are not assigned to the correct category.
Below are the employee categories available and the order in which they are displayed:
- Director / Principal
- Sales Agent
- Property Manager
- Manager / Coordinator
- Admin
- Other
Please note, employees within the same category are ordered alphabetically by name.
When a new employee is added to the website, their record will need to be assigned to the most appropriate category for them to appear in the correct order. Please ask your Website Admin to assign the relevant category or log a support ticket with Hicaliber HERE.
