Agent shouldn't be appearing on website

When you remove an Agent (user) in your CRM, the update syncs to your website via an API.

  • For offices using VaultRE as your CRM please allow 1 hour for your changes to appear on the website. 
  • For offices using REX as your CRM you will need to log a support ticket with Hicaliber HERE to manually remove these agents until an automated sync is in place. 
  • For offices using Agent Box as your CRM you will need to log a support ticket with Hicaliber HERE to manually remove these agents until an automated sync is in place.
